Holiday Return Policy : Items purchased 11/28/19-12/24/19 qualify for our extended holiday return policy! Your last day to return items purchased within this window is 1/7/20. Any item purchased prior to this does not qualify for our holiday extension. Return is for exchange only on qualifying items.
Our return policy is for exchange only as long as they still have tags attached, are unworn, unwashed, un-altered in any way and are in its original condition. Please make sure you check your item AS SOON AS IT IS DELIVERED. We have a quality control team to check for damages BEFORE it is sent out and we will only give replacements/store credit (upon returns) for damages if you contact us within 3 business days of its arrival. We do not guarantee exchanges because we cant guarantee the size you need will be in stock. Items must be returned within 10 days to the date it was delivered to you. We provide tracking for all orders, but note that we are NOT responsible for any lost in transit packages/packages stolen from your porch or mailbox. Once it says “delivered”, you need to correspond with the delivery service, as we do not replace these items/provide refunds. If you’d like to insure your package, please select this at checkout. 20% restocking fees will be charged to all refused packages.
To get a return process started, you must contact us and let us know which items from your order you’d like to return, as we will create a return authorization form for you. Any returns sent without an existing RA form will be returned to sender. Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your account in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that. Please note that all store credits will expire after a 6 months!
