* All Clearance/Flash Sale/Semi-annual Sale/ Seasonal/Holiday Blowout Sale are FINAL Sale. ALL SALES FINAL ON EARRINGS, SEAMLESS ITEMS, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS) AND SHOES. THIS IS FOR HYGENIC PURPOSES AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.

In store purchases : Our return policy is for same day exchange only as long as they still have tags attached, are unworn, unwashed, un-altered in any way and are in its original condition within 10 DAYS of purchase. Because we change inventory rapidly, we will not accept any returns past 10 days of purchase.

online purchases : Items must be returned within 10 days to the date it was delivered to you for a store credit on our website. Items must be returned back to us unworn, with tags attached, in the original, unaltered condition it left the store. 

We provide tracking for all orders, but note that we are NOT responsible for any lost in transit packages/packages stolen from your porch or mailbox. Once it says “delivered”, you need to correspond with the delivery service, as we do not replace these items/provide refunds. If you’d like to insure your package, please select this at checkout. 20% restocking fees will be charged to all refused packages.

To get a return process started, you must contact us and let us know which items from your order you’d like to return, as we will create a return authorization form for you. Any returns sent without an existing RA form will be returned to sender. Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your web store account in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges.
